We have regularly scheduled opportunities for anyone desiring to train in a group setting. All skill levels are appropriate and welcome.

 

Marathon Training Runs

Saturday mornings at 7:00 am

The group will meet normally at the mall entrance of the Huckleberry Trail for a medium pace run to build up that long run. Distances will be adjusted to the group’s fitness level and generally range from 10 - 20 miles.

Mid-Week Trail Running

Wednesday mornings at 6:00 am

This group meets at the Gateway Trail / Old Farm Road Trail on the front side of the Pandapas Pond recreation area.  The 1.8 mile climb tops out after 1,200 ft of elevation gain.  The run will be extended additional miles before the return back down.  Get your trail climbing fitness with this run!

Century Training Rides

Saturday morning or afternoon

Typically leaving from the C'burg area, this group ride will be at a moderate pace and will last between 50 and 80 miles.

The June 19th Big Walker Century and August 21st Burkes Garden Century will be targeted events.
